wonderful substitute for Vanilla, and has tenacious warm notes that add full

 Benzoin
The Benzoin tree is from Java, Sumatra and
Thailand that grows to 8 meters (20 feet). Deep incisions are made in the trunk
of the tree from which the grayish color sap exudes.
Blends With : Benzoin essential oil blends well with
Bergamot, Coriander, Frankincense, Juniper, Lavender, Lemon, Myrrh, Orange,
Petitgrain, Rose and Sandalwood.
Skin and Body Care: Antiseptic, anti-depressant,
anti-inflammatory, carminative, deodorant, diuretic, expectorant, sedative and
vulnerary. Benzoin is used as an essential oil as well as a fixative in
perfumes.

bring you this fruity, citrusy oil. The light citrus top note yields to a
floral/spicy undertone which lends it a truly exotic note. Like most citrus oils, it is phototoxic. We

The bay tree is an evergreen, reaching 7.5 to
9 meters (25- 30 feet), sprouting thick glossy leaves. When in season the Bay
produces yellow tinged flowers and rich black berries. This sturdy evergreen
tree is a native of West Indies, Venezuela and the Guianas.
